Shandong Province Industrial Structure Adjustment And Interactive Relationship Of Labor Force Structure Optimization Research

The interactions of industrial structure adjustment and labor structure optimization played an important impact on economic development. Scholars had done a great deal of researches on this field and made good effects. There was a cointegration relationship in the secondary industry and tertiary industry. The tertiary industry was an important way to solve the employment.Promoting interactive suggestions such as:to deepen the reform of household registration system, improving the social security system, strengthening the role of government policy guidance; eliminate external barriers to labor mobility, speed up the construction of market information, strengthening markets institution-building; innovation and development of primary industry, secondary industry to consolidate development, accelerate the development of tertiary industry, the rational development of the urbanization process; increase investment in education and training efforts to create conditions of employment.
