A Strategy And Research Of County-level Economy Development Of Susong

Susong is the first county of the Yangtze River which links with Jiangxiprovince in the south and Hubei in the west-north, which is the key county ofnational poverty and agricultural leading. As a result, it has been a heavy burden oncounty-level economy development but has sound significance. If the issue couldbe solved seriously, it can fully perform individual independency of countyeconomy on planning-making, industry exploration, resources allocation, economystructure adjustment and etc, which can well coordinate with relationship betweenagriculture and other industries, integration of natural resources, economy andsocial resources, mobilization of power from various department which give overallconsideration three levels as follows: county, countryside and village, and twoeconomy regions which are divided city and village, to realize Susong economyintegration of city and countryside and harmonious development. It can exertindustry gathering, population gathering, accelerate the step of urbanization ofSusong, which can help to advance county-level economy advantage of whole, torealize various new targets of socialism new rural construction through internal andexternal county market.The author of thesis has tried to make scientific comments on county-leveleconomy development current status of Susong based on combination withqualitative and clustering analysis, to make clear economy development status ofSusong, level, and gap among with other developed counties and cities of AnhuiProvince: to point out Susong five-year development in the future will meetstrength, weakness, opportunity and threat by empirical analysis; to confirmstrategic position, goals and the general idea of Susong five-year economydevelopment in the future by SWOT and DELPHI analysis; and also to point outsome target and systematic innovative strategies of Susong five-year economydevelopment in the future applied regional and county-level economy developmentof national and international theories and experiences based on qualitative andquantitative analysis. Moreover it explicates functional position and general targetsof Susong county economy development in2010-2015as follows: to be activelyintegrated into the rising of central China and industrial transfer demonstration region of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui based on thriving forcounty under the scientific development perspective, and as the transfer mode ofeconomy development major clue, which insisting on advancing agriculturedevelopment modernization, strengthening comprehensive power industrialization,and also with urbanization to promote county economy transition as well, to forgeinnovative district of industrial transfer mode of the city-cluster along YangtzeRiver in Anhui, an experimental area of integration of rural and urban developmentand a pilot zone of united-motion and demonstration region of modern agriculturedevelopment. It aims to build beautiful natural scenery of Yangtze River in Anhuiin the west, sound investment situation, a fine market atmosphere, and the region‘Growth Spot’ of evident characteristic development as well, which tried to formgeneral frame of the strong regional economy county of the whole Susongconstruction in2015. It pointed out some innovative methods such as to resolve thethree prominent united-motions, make a breakthrough strategy of Yangtze River,which means to move toward the east, coordinate with the west of Anhui provinceand etc; it also pointed out the four big modules should be optimized,‘Bi-nuclear’city structure formation should be constructed, some innovative strategies whichfocused on eight key city and town clusters and pointed out some suggestions aboutagriculture, industry, service and cultural industry and etc.
