Technology Innovation Spillover Effect And Its Incentive Function To Innovation

On technical innovation spillover effect are studied on the basis of the technical innovation, spillover innovation incentive function conclusion, from make up the development capital inadequacy, accelerate innovation process, enhance the innovation ability of research and development, promote the innovation of talent development and training and optimizing industry structure five respects proved spillover innovation stimulative effect, and on this basis to optimize the environment of competition, the deepening of industrial relevancy, make appropriate investment policy, improve the technical ability, promote the absorption and transformation of human resource flow and create good business environment, strengthen cooperation and exchange, promote the overflow effect policy reference and measure proposal, expand the spillover effect incentive innovation possibilities.
