The social pension insurance system Personnel staff development research report of Henan Province is the need for the development of social pension insurance in Henan, around the Henan Province in recent years, the handling system of qualified personnel to conduct the research.This article is in depth investigation into the status of research Henan Province social endowment insurance system of qualified personnel on the basis of the data analysis, analysis of a typical case of a comprehensive analysis of Henan Province, the social pension insurance in more than20years of great efforts to strengthen self-construction, the strong quality of the image outside, marked progress in building institutions, handling personnel to strive constantly to the development of talent and its quality improved to promote the breakthrough of the system construction, the rapid expansion of population coverage, the level of fund protection is much higher expanding service capabilities continue to improve.In the current new situation and new tasks, the problems faced by the personnel construction of Henan Province, the social pension insurance system are: development is faced with the grim situation, the agencies set up imperfect, inadequate staffing agencies prepared tense mechanism to ensure funding is not perfect, troubled construction and management of human resources, personnel training and development needs to be improved incentive mechanisms are inadequate, difficult to promote the development of talent. The reason is mainly the insufficient degree of attention,that agencies personnel management system of the agencies are not perfect, personnel policy support is not enough.Suggestions qualified personnel are:to establish the concept of development of scientific talent; to enhance innovation, and establish a scientific, dynamic increase member mechanism; improve the pension insurance team building, the implementation of vertical management of the province; actively promote the social insurance integration of resources; strengthen the construction and management of personnel, establish and improve personnel training and incentives.
