This paper first through the domestic and international performance management the historical development of the situation analysis, to know the whole performance management and the power of the development of the cause of the corresponding system appears, then to see the corresponding performance management methods of implementation of the the consequences and through careful analysis of the system of performance management concept, purpose, method for a more understanding of the system. Then the current is comparatively mature performance management method of deep understanding, with the aid of the balanced scorecard method, the key success factors method, KPI target administration and a 360-degree feedback method, the method to analyze the core and key index, then the performance of the target enterprise management status analysis, further analysis enterprise in performance management process of the successful experience and the deficiency has, through the analysis first-hand material, then drops decomposition company strategic objectives, will balance scorecard as the foundation of the building, and then the enterprise performance management quality KPI key elements to quantify index, through the make feasible goal evaluation method, and then through the position analysis and defined, the whole performance management system presents to enterprise staff, let employees in find their place within the system, through the continuous communication to aggrandizement advantage, make up for disadvantage, through ascension abilities of all employees, in turn promote to enterprise strategic target realization, the realization enterprise management level and staff to enhance the ability synchronous up, and to establish a scientific system.Xichuan company whole system in essence including planning, organization, assessment, feedback and communication five core link of cycle.
