Study On The Enterprise Growth Path And Strategy Based On Integrated Industry

With the development of economic globalization and the progress of science and technology, the global market and industry structure have undergone a sea change which is from the original product modularization to integrated industry. In this background, if the enterprise can’t change scale advantages and comparative advantage into integrated advantages and technical advantage, the enterprise growth will be interrupted and be into all sorts of trouble. So domestic and overseas scholars study the enterprise growth from many angles, but more of them don’t realize the profound influence that integrated industry is the role of enterprise growth and don’t use industry evolution rule to explain growth stages and give specific development strategy.In view of the limitations of the studies, this paper realizes the importance of integrated industry, focus on the enterprise growth path based on integrated industry and give specific development strategy.This paper dose the research mainly around the following aspects. Firstly, the paper introduces correlation literature summary, in detail describes the theories of enterprise growth and integrated industry at home and abroad, studies the advanced idea and experience and proposes limitations to sure this paper research direction. Secondly, the paper analyses enterprise growth mechanism, select the beginning and the end of the business enterprise growth, use the ISM model to divide the path, designs the growth path model, and analyses each stage evolution rule. Thirdly, the paper describes the main strategic and product strategy in various stages and uses one company to evidence the theoretical system. Finally, the paper summarizes the research, proposes limitations and establishes the next research direction.
