Research On The Mechanism Of The Degree Of Knowledge Modularization On Enterprise Innovationg

With the coming of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge plays a vital role in enterprises and becomes the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,behind the serious fragmentation of patents,the knowledge of enterprise is fragmented.Knowledge makes the leakage of knowledge more and more frequent.In order to innovate better,how to balance the protection and sharing of knowledge is a difficult problem among enterprises.In order to cope with this problem,the knowledge modularization has become one of the important choices of enterprise innovation strategy.However,the reasons for the knowledge modularization and the mechanism of knowledge modularization on enterprise innovation in academic and practical circles are relatively vague.This paper regards modularization as a mode of thinking,and analyzes the causes and types of knowledge modularization and the mechanism of knowledge modularization on enterprise innovation from the theoretical and empirical aspects,and it verifies the intermediary mechanism of knowledge absorptive ability in the degree of knowledge modularization and enterprise innovation.Empirical research shows that the degree of knowledge modularization has a positive positive impact on enterprise innovation.The two dimensions of knowledge absorptive ability:potential absorptive capacity and realized absorptive capacity play a significant intermediaiy role.Through theoretical analysis and data test,we also found that although both absorptive capacities play a mediating role in the role of knowledge modularization in enterprise innovation,the mediating effect of realized absorptive capacity is significantly higher than the mediating effect of potential absorptive capacity.This paper deepens the relevant theories of enterprise knowledge modularization,enriches the theoretical content of enterprise knowledge management,and provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for guiding enterprises to conduct effective knowledge management in an increasingly open era.
