CRE is a logistics enterprise directly under the ministry of railway, this paper content is standing in the CRE view, use the cooperation projects of CRE and X pharmaceutical enterprise distribution logistics for the actual background, explore products distribution network logistics service mode and design networking logistics service plan.The purpose of this paper is to solve the confront problem in project cooperation developing of X pharmaceutical enterprise and CRE, that is, the X pharmaceutical enterprise production growth, the expansion of distribution area to bring new challenges to the distribution logistics, need to innovate distribution logistics mode, CRE to improve logistics service quality, enhances the market competitive power must also be innovative logistics service mode.In this paper according to the research of X pharmaceutical enterprise product distribution logistics demand and CRE logistics service status, analysis the distribution logistics demand and supply capacity. In making the logistics cooperation trading conditions, using the idea of logistics network, from the domestic and foreign other logistics enterprise networking logistics successful experience, determined networking logistics service mode to X pharmaceutical enterprise products in the distribution.This paper’s core content is the networking logistics service plan design under the framework of overall thinking of networking logistics service. Design content mainly includes storage project design, transportation and distribution scheme design and information plan design.
