Through years of unremittingly promotion chain management experience, home furnishing chain enterprises constantly breaking the geographical constraints to form dimensions economy, has become the dominant home furnishing products retailing. However, as China’s real estate market is tightening and various home furnishing companies take cities and seize territory, as part of its downstream supply chain home furnishing chain enterprises are facing more intense competition, at the same time the home furnishing industry chain is facing reshuffle, high-speed expansion opportunities. In this case, makes the home furnishing chain enterprises future development model research is more important.Analyzed from the perspective of the business model the operating characteristics of Easyhome attempt to clarify the Easyhome the logic of the business model, combined with the corporate status quo and problems, based on specific theories and analysis to explore the business model to improve the program, as a future development model reference, to provide a reference for the sustainable development of Easyhome.In this paper, by using GE matrix model and the4Rs marketing theory of Easyhome business model to make a detailed analysis and discussion and on this basis to give the business model change proposal.
