E-commerce is a mainstream of commercial development in the twenty-first century.As the particularity of non-standard customized products, its E-commerce developmentlags on other standard products. In this study, we analysed the status of E-commercedevelopment of non-standard customized products, in the angle of020. In the study, firstlywe summarized the concept and characteristics of online group shopping on the basis offormer studies, reviewed its develop process, and concluded the influencing factors of thecompetitive force of group-buying websites. Secondly, we gave a detailed introduction onthe status of Jia.com. This paper analyze the advantage of Jia.com users, different subjecton the website functional requirements of the system and the Jia.com in the industry arealso put forward some problems encountered in the operation of jia.com. After thesequestions, proposes the solution. Finally, the Jia.com of Suzhou Station as anexample, after solving these problems result also gives data analysis.
