Research On The Development And Planning Of Wanzhou Port Logistics Park

Along with the rapid development of modern logistics industry, the port is more and more important on the role of production and trade, it is not only the hub for cargo handling and transit, but also the important node in the logistics supply chain, the construction of a modern logistics park has become the important content of the development of the port.As one of key position port of Chongqing port, Wanzhou port has been playing an important role in the construction of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River shipping center relying on its special location advantage and the radiation ability. Programming and constructing Wanzhou logistics part will be an important strategic meaning to playing its industrial group function, integrating logistics resources, improving service level, promoting the development of port logistics industry and promoting social and economic development of Wanzhou. For this reason, this paper planned the development of Wanzhou port logistics park on the basis of current status of logistics park at home and abroad.First, this paper analyzed the current status of economic and social development of Wanzhou as well as the transportation, logistics development environment, on this basis, forecasted the cargo throughput of Wanzhou port logistics park with the help of grey model and regression analysis. Secondly, did the master plan for Wanzhou port according to the idea of "suiting measures to local conditions, highlighting its characteristics, accentuating the positive", and analyzed the operation management of logistics park. Finally, provided some measures for developing the logistics park.
