Research On Field Management About EMU Assembly Unit Based On LP

Lean Field Management is a favorable tool for enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness. It’s the power source for business development and growth. This article does some research on Lean Field Management about EMU assembly unit of train manufacturer AX based on field management theory, combined with the techniques and methods of lean production.Through the introduction of theories and methods about Lean Production and Field Management, it expounds the meaning of the Lean Field Management. According to problems existing in the company, it establishes a Lean Field Management system: using JIT production concept to improve the company’s production materials control mechanisms to ensure the smooth realization of the materials planning, protect material delivery time, and reduce inventory levels; using program analysis to optimize the current workshop layout to shorten the logistics flow routes, improve the efficiency and area utilization; using5S management to optimize site infrastructure to reduce the waste of the scene, improve work security, guarantee product quality, develop staff morale, and ultimately enhance the company’s image, finally reaching the initial target for the implementation of Lean Field Management.This article shows some guidance for AX to implement further Lean Field Management and provides some practical significance to the combined application of Lean Production and Filed Management. It provides some reference for some firms how to absorb foreign advanced technologies and methods.
