For optimizing the allocation of resources between city logistics center, which the core issue is how a number of logistics tasks assigned to the proper city logistics center. The research of city logistics center in multi-task collaborative optimization together multiple dispersed logistics enterprises can play the overall advantages and scale advantages, shared infrastructure and service facilities, reduce operating costs and expenses, improve competition in the city logistics center power, and promote urban and regional economic development. The main content is as follows:1) This paper discusses the basic theory of city logistics center and gives the status of city logistics center which analysis the difference between city logistics and other logistics, gives the collaborative logistics mechanisms and the ways, the task of city logistics center collaborative optimization mechanism.2) Through analysis general collaborative optimization problem, combined with the special nature of the city logistics center, this paper established the model based on the least of the resources, time, and punishment, called city logistics center in multi-task coordination optimization model. According to the characteristics of the model, design the genetic algorithm to solve the model. Finally, gives the case which can proof effective and reasonable of the model and algorithm. |
