Nowadays,companies are involved in a severe competition due to the continualchanging environment,such competition has become a talent contest in the knowledgeand economy era till now.In order to achieve the final objective and pursue the largest,all the companies must pay more attention to their talent structure,which inquires theleaders of the companies to invent more and more capital in training employee anddeveloping accordingly.Currently, research on strategic management of human resources has beenincreasing emphasis on strategic or competitive advantage in the competitive access.Therefore, the company must carry out the implementation of strategic human resourcemanagement, and enhance staff training then obtain the core competitiveness andstrategic vision ultimately. So, how to build to adapt to business development, strategichuman resources has naturally become an important internal requirements.This paper first reviews the theory of training, the theory that contribute to thetraining content, to make the training reasonable to follow.And then describes therelationship between corporate strategy, elaborated on the significance of staff trainingstrategy, the need for and the implementation of the strategy-oriented basic requirementsfor staff training, principles. At last, described a strategy-oriented framework of trainingsystem.Then As background, describes the profile of Company A, Company A’s trainingsystem for a comprehensive analysis, and currently the problems existed. On this basis,the paper includes building the A-oriented employee training system, the build process,needs analysis, develop training programs, implementation management and trainingeffectiveness assessment.And improve training efficiency, training and better servicesfor the corporate strategy. Finally, a complete set of training some of thecountermeasures and suggestions.
