In today’s era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the core of wealth inorder to promote economic development and progress, but the core of wealth is the mainhigh-quality employees. Now, more and more companies have realized the importance ofstaff training for enterprise development, and then strengthen and advance themanagement of staff training, and also increased investment in training. However, thereare still many companies have the employee training effect is not an ideal situation. Theanalysis of which reason is not tight to contact staff training and business developmentstrategy, or corporate training strategy with the corporate strategy does not match. Inaddition, a very important reason causing the poor staff training effect is the lack offlexible enterprise training system, cannot change with internal and externalenvironmental factors change. In order to make the company’s employee training andcorporate direction and objectives of the overall development combined into one, makesure to build and establish a strategy-oriented flexible training system.The thesis expound that presents situations of human resource training in POLAR onthe base of summarizing employee training theory studied home and abroad, andanalyzed the issues existed in human resource system by means of interview and surveyof satisfaction for staff training courses. Then solve the problem which be found intraining to start redesigning for the company’s training system in POLAR Guangzhou,and elaborated guidelines of training system redesign, objectives and basic principles,designed a "flexible" model training system which is oriented and springboard to thecorporate strategic objectives, and make the strategic environmental factors, strategicgoals disassembly and unfavorable factors as the three " flexible valve ", then to flexiblycontrol the training system from different angles. Finally, elaborated a detailed analysis oftraining needs under the strategic goal orienting, holistic development of trainingplanning, detailed practical implementation of the training management and post-trainingevaluation and transformation effects, and it is an universal significance for trainingwork related to some small and medium foreign.
