| OEM is the product of economic globalization and. Throughout the past50years, it has mounted its summit around the globe, particularly in China. Nevertheless,quite a few circles such as circles of entrepreneur and academics pose a question thatOEM has come to and end if it will not transform itself. As far as the operation ofOEM and economic development of China are concerned, OEM still can be improvedand bettered if we take it in the perspective of chain of supply and pay more attentionto details of an enterprise.With the rapid development of information technology and diversity ofrequirements of customers and goods delivery, the competition of OEM based onquality has turned into the competition of time which has channeled an enterprisedespite the fact that response of chain of supply is dependent on time consumed oneach part of the chain.Based on current statistics, this thesis mainly focuses on how to reduce the timefor delivery by managing chain of supply in the model of OEM. Posing a variety oftasks of production and storing and logistics of Enterprise F, this thesis enhanced thedetails of goods delivery of Enterprise F and reduces the time and strengthens itscompetition in the market. |
