In the fierce business competition, talents become more and more important. Thepeople who has more human, financial, material resources is close to victory. With theeconomic recovery after the financial crisis situation, many enterprises take variouschannels to recruit.Since the expansion enrollment of colleges and the family have pay more andmore attention to the education,the number of university graduates is larger and larger.There is an increasing trend, which the number of the graduates is more than sixmillion. In order to find a suitable job as soon as possible, the graduates attend a lot ofrecruitments and take each opportunity to deliver the resumes, on the eve ofgraduation campus recruitment seasons. Relative to the experienced people, thegraduates’s study is from high school’s closed study to open study,conludingprofessional learning.Then they obtain a series of professional theoretical knowledgeand practical ability.They are energetic and can devote to work.although they do nothave experience,they have good learning ability and receiving ability, and easy toaccept new things and ideas. So graduates market will become the important talentmarket of the enterprises. Modern employment mechanism has changed from thetraditional way to the market-oriented, graduate-company selection way. How toachieve the quality and quantity goal of the reruiting project become the importantissue of the talent strategy.The Foxconn group is the world’s largest electronic professional manufacturers,which has more than120employees and the world’s top IT customers. Many itemscause Foxconn to success not only the by unparalleled executive force and corecompetitiveness, but also the excellent human resources,especially thousands ofgraduates joining the company. This paper describes the project, project management, project integrationmanagement of basic knowledge.It also describes the present situation of theFoxconn’s annual campus recruitment project from the company’s situation, projectplanning, project implementation.Then it describes the existence questions in theproject planning, project organization, project risk, project effect, project evaluationand other aspects,besides the reasons for these problems. Then the paper describlesthe way of impove with the project integration management in some aspects.Finally,the conclusion is the project management method can improve theFoxconn’s annual campus recruitment project from a certain angle,making the annualcampus recruitment project achieve the goal with less money and time.
