These problems have constrained the improvement of thecapability of independent innovation of the dominant industry of theNortheast. By analyzing，the factors restricting the Northeast competitiveindustries in the innovative ability can be summarized as: Economicgrowth pattern is extensive, Innovative capital investment is insufficient,Innovative talent is shortage, Institutional mechanisms factors disorderetc.The United States, Japan and South Korea has made goodachievements in independent innovation. Through the study and reference,Northeast should proceed vigorously to improve the capability ofindependent innovation of competitive industries from the followingaspects.
