Tourism is a strong integrated industry, there are six elements of tourism activities,including food and beverage, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, entertainment, it promotes the country’s economy,culture,the development of the enviornment. China is rich in tourist resources, it has a variety of mountains, customs and culture, historical sites, and every year attracts a large number of domestic and foreign tourists,the development of the tourism industry is also more rapid. China’s total tourism income of about1.44trillion yuan in2010,compared with2005,an increase of about670billion yuan from domestic tourism totaled about2.15billion people, about an increase of nearly one billion people compared to2005.Tourism has become one of the pillar industries in China.The hot spring is one of the many tourist resources in China, which China in the low-temperature geothermal hot springs resources accounted for8.6percent of the world and has a large tourism development potential. Early China in the1980s,hot spring tourism started to develop, during public resort.spa bath, spa resort, health spa four stages of development, it has developed about1600spots, the formation of large industrial scale, but most of the SPA health closely linked to serious homogenization. After2010, China’s hot spring tourism to enter a new stage of development, operating spa tourism enterprises to highlight the regional characteristics as the starting point, depending on the hot springs where the region and its own development stage of the regional geographic environment, national culture and the introduction of foreign hot spring culture the management philosophy combined, gradually showing the brand, sustainable, specialty, international development trend, the same phenomenon gradually disintegrate.In this context, according to the overall construction plan of the L temperature Resort, G company developes hot spring resources to owned by L, started the resort medium areo construction project, and conducted a feasibility study. The feasibility study is from enterprise background, target market, building program, organization and implementation of the program, and estimates the financing options and other aspects of research, analysis and feasibility studies, project finance, as well as possible on the state of the environment, national economic and social impact of to evaluate the risks that may exist in the project implementation and operation of (including technology risk, market risk, policy risk, etc.) were analyzed.After the project completed, the resort daily tourists capability can reach ten thousand people,and eannual sales income of270,369,800yuan, net profit of79.0193million yuan, taxes of41.2101million yuan. The construction of this project has a positive impact on improving enterprise and local awareness and adjusting the ratio of China’s tertiary industry, optimizing the economic structure and promoting the culture of this strategy implementation...
