Urban profit-oriented land is an important part of the city constructive land, plays an important role in urban economic and social development. Urban profit-oriented land supply is to achieve the optimal allocation of land resources, an important way to improve the use efficiency. The supply of profit-oriented land involves a series of institutional arrangements, including the collection mechanism, reserve development mechanisms, transfer mechanisms, planning mechanisms, revenue allocation mechanism. The combination and interaction of this series of mechanisms forming a mechanism of China’s urban profit-oriented land supply. With China’s economic and social reforms, profit-oriented land supply mechanism has also undergone dramatic changes. China has established the profit-oriented land supply mechanism based on market-based instruments. This mechanism to be complicated, and still is changing, so to evaluate their performance there is a certain practical significance. Can contribute to an overall understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the existing mechanism, but also help to improve its shortcomings. Profit-oriented land supply due to different cities around the resource endowment restrictions, so this article will study limited to the Guangzhou City. On the base of Reviewing the changes of the Guangzhou’s profit-oriented supply mechanism, initial established its performance evaluation system and its performance evaluation, and corresponding recommendations for improvement.This article is composed of the following six parts:The first chapter is the introduction to introduce the research background of this article, the research purpose and significance, Home and Abroad review, the paper framework.The second chapter is related concepts, an overview of the relevant theory. Describes the basic concepts, theories will be involved in this article.Chapter Ⅲ of the status of Guangzhou profit-oriented land supply mechanism. Of the evolution of Guangzhou profit-oriented land supply mechanism and its linkages within the sub-mechanism and focus on the status of Guangzhou City land transfer.Chapter Ⅳ is the empirical part of this article. The use of principal component analysis on the performance of profit-oriented land supply mechanism in Guangzhou City, the establishment of a preliminary evaluation index system, a preliminary analysis of existing profit-oriented land supply mechanism performance in Guangzhou, and focus on the flaws of the existing mechanism.Chapter Ⅴ is Guangzhou profit-oriented land supply mechanism optimization recommendations. Supply of profit-oriented land is divided into the supply of the preparation phase, the supply stage, for management in three stages. For the different characteristics of the three stages, three stages involved in the different sub-mechanisms that perfect proposal.Chapter Ⅵ concludes pointed out that the innovation and inadequate.
