At present, China urban sustainable development is facing severe challenges. The main reasons are the structural contradictions which is caused by the long-term economic development have become increasingly prominent and the extensive economic development mode has not been fundamental shift. Such problems make regional development subject to resources、environment and many other restrictions. The government at many meetings once repeatedly referred to the principle of countermeasures to address this challenge, that: economic development must based on the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure, as well as regarded it as the focus, which are mainly to promot the regional resource conservation and environmental protection. The spatial properties of the industrial structure are based on the land as a carrier to be reflected, therefore, in a sense, the industrial structure is land-use structure. Social and economic activities are based on a range of land to be implemented. Various sectors of the economy occupied the area of land is closely related to its level of output. Therefore, the significance of the study of the relationship between land-use structure and industrial structure contains two aspects:on the one hand, there will be conducive to optimize the regional industrial structure; On the other hand, it will help urban especially for resource-based cities to relieve economic development pressure and land-use conflicts.Yulin City, as a typical resource-based cities, its economic development is closely related to the conditions of resources and environmental conditions. In order to to achieve city’s sustainable development, the article do a in-depth analysis on the status and evolution characteristics of the land structure and industrial structure. The article qualitatively and quantitatively study the intrinsic relationship between land-use structure and industrial structure, and more systematic analysis the relative development level and coordination of development. Using much model approach such as statistical modeling、correlation analysis、 regression analysis、 the entropy method、 the Granger causality test, and also building a coupling and coordinated development degree evaluation model for the relationship. At last, article put forward policy proposals for the conclusions to conducive to the coordination of land use structure and industrial structure.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The land use structure of Yulin City is mainly agricultural land, the proportion of construction land is the lowest; During the study period, the structural ratio changes of various types land in Yulin City exist the same direction and extent trends; Land use structure information entropy showed a slight increase trend and the land-use structure tends to equilibrium.(2) The industrial structure of Yulin City is mainly the secondary industry, the primary industry’s proportion is the largest in the employment structure. Throughing dynamic analysis of the proportion of three times industry output and employment proportion, drawning that, the proportion of primary industry output value and the proportion of employment continued to decline; The proportion of secondary industry output value increased substantially, but the proportion of employment increaseing moderately; The proportion of tertiary industry output value and the proportion of employment showed a fluctuating change trend. During the study period, the degree of deviation of the industrial structure showing a overall growth trend, the value of deviation degree is much higher, and the effectiveness of the industrial structure is continue to lowerd.(3) There is a significant correlation between land structure and industrial structure inYulin City; In the short term, land-use structure adjustment lag in the adjustment of industrial structure, and verify that the industrial structure is the Granger cause of land-use structure, adjust and optimize industrial structure can cause land-use structure optimization and upgrading.(4) Systematic reviews of the level of coupling and coordination development of land-use structure and industrial structure; The coordinated development degree experienced the "primary coupled coordination-good coupling coordination-general coupling coordination"; In terms of the spatial distinct characteristics, the coupled and coordination development degree of the six counties of north is higher than the six southern counties.
