| As a basic carrier of industrial development,construction land is spatially constrained to industrial development.The different functional land use of construction land supports the continuous evolution of industrial structure;the adjustment of industrial structure is the main driving force for the change of construction land structure,affecting the spatial layout of construction land.The use of construction land has changed the structure of construction and utilization.However,with the total construction land control and structural control in recent years,the construction land appears to be more scarce,which has become the main factor restricting the adjustment of industrial structure.Therefore,clarifying the interrelationship between urban construction land structure and industrial structure plays an important role in coordinating the rational allocation of urban construction land resources and realizing the healthy and sustainable development of urban economy.At present,Henan is in a critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading.The shortage of construction land limits the development of the industry,which sets obstacles to the adjustment of industrial structure,and rationally adjusts the allocation of resources for construction land,which has strong practical significance for promoting economic development.Based on the above background,this paper selects the data of urban construction land structure and industrial structure in Henan Province from 2000 to 2016,and selects the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the industrial structure as the analysis factors according to the relevant theories of industrial economics,and uses the industrial structure.The advanced,rationalized and structural level indicators analyze the current status of industrial structure in Henan Province.According to the nature of urban construction land and service functions,the construction land is divided into residential land,industrial storage function land,public service land and traffic and green land function land.The construction land expansion intensity,expansion speed and construction land structure are diverse.Sex index and equilibrium index analyze the status quo of construction land structure in Henan Province.After qualitatively analyzing the relationship between the construction land structure and the industrial structure,it is found that the construction land structure and industrial structure of Henan Province are mutually influential and mutually restrictive.The Granger causality test is used to judge the relationship between the construction land structure and the industrial structure.In order to explain the strength of the relationship between the construction land structure and the industrial structure,the construction land structure selects the proportion of the four types of functional land,the industrial structure selects the proportion of the output value 'of the secondary and tertiary industries to establish an index system,and constructs a gray correlation model for Henan Province and various places.The city's construction land structure and industrial structure correlation degree are measured.In order to further explore the coordination of construction land structure and industrial results,the construction land structure selects the proportion of four types of functional land,the industrial structure selects the proportion of employment in the secondary and tertiary industries,and the proportion of the output value of the secondary and tertiary industries to establish the"Henan Province Construction Land Structure-Industrial Structure System" indicator.The system constructs a coupling coordination model to analyze the coupling coordination index between the construction land structure and the industrial structure.The findings are as follows(1)Analysis of the status quo:From the perspective of industrial structure,the scale of the three industries in Henan Province has been expanding and the growth ratehas been obvious in 2000-2016.The industrial structure has changed from "two three ones" to "three two ones",and the industrial structure has become more reasonable.Due to the adjustment of industrial structure,the industrialization of each city has grown rapidly overall,and the rationalization coefficient has shown a slight increase in volatility,and the industrial structure has shown a sharp upward trend.From the perspective of construction structure,the total amount of construction land in HenanProvince has increased continuously from 2000 to 2016,but the proportion of each functional construction land has changed greatly;the construction land in Zhengzhou City,Luoyang City and Nanyang City has expanded at an average annual rate faster than other cities.The expansion of construction land in Nanyang City,Zhengzhou City and Zhumadian City is faster than other cities.The structural diversity index of construction land in Zhengzhou City,Fuyang City,Sanmenxia City,Xinyang City and Shangqiu City showed a downward trend,and the proportion of each functional construction land changed.The proportion of the functional land for construction in other cities was chaotic,Zhengzhou City and Xiangyang City.The structural balance index of construction land in Shangqiu City,Shangqiu City and Zhoukou City showed a slight downward trend,and the construction land use structure was more balanced.The balance index of construction land use structure in other cities showed an upward trend.(2)Analysis of the relationship between construction land structure and industrial structure:Through qualitative analysis,it is found that the construction land structure and industrial structure of Henan Province have mutual influence and mutual constraints.From the perspective of quantitative analysis,the Granger causality test is used to judge the relationship between the construction land structure and the industrial structure.During the research period,the construction land structure of Henan Province determines the industrial structure.Using the grey correlation model to analyze the relationship between construction land structure and industrial structure in Henan Province and various cities,Henan Province's secondary production and residential functional land and industrial storage function land use strong correlation,and transportation and green space functional land and public service function land For medium correlation,the correlation between the three productions is strongly correlated with the land for public service functions and the land for residential functions,and is moderately associated with land for transportation and green space functions and for industrial storage functions.From the perspective of city scale,the correlation between the three types of functional land use in Zhengzhou City,Luoyang City,Pingdingshan City,Anyang City,Jiaozuo City,Luohe City and Shangqiu City is stronger than that of the second and fourth types of functional land.The relationship between the second and fourth types of functional land use in Kaifeng City,Hebi City,Xinxiang City,Fuyang City,Xuchang City,Sanmenxia City,Nanyang City,Xinyang City,Zhoukou City and Zhumadian City is stronger than that of the third and fourth types of functional land.Correlation.From the regional scale,the core cities of the Central Plains urban agglomeration have strong correlations between the secondary production and residential functions,and the secondary production and industrial storage functions of the cities along the railway have a high degree of correlation.The three industries and public services of the core development areas of the Central Plains urban agglomeration The land use is highly correlated;the tertiary production in the cities of northeastern and southeastern Henan is highly correlated with the land use of transportation and green space.The coupling degree of construction land structure and industrial structure is calculated,and it is concluded that the coupling coordination degree of Henan Province is between 0.57-0.60,which is medium coordination coupling.From the time series of cities and towns,the degree of coupling coordination is quite different.From 2000 to 2016,the number of well-coordinated coupled cities will decrease first and then ncrease,and the number of moderately coordinated cities will be reversed.From the perspective of regional distribution,the cooperation degree of Yubei City(Anyang City,Xinxiang City and Jiaozuo City)is the best,and has always bieen a good coordination coupling.Southeastern Henan cities(Zhoukou City,Luohe City,Zhumadian City and Xinyang City)and Luoyang City Coupling coordination is relatively low,always moderately coupled. |
