Study On The Mutual Relationship Between Land Use Structure And Industrial Structure In Fuzhou City

One of the most important production factor, which played a supporting role in industrial development, and provide the necessary space and place, and as an important carrier of industrial development.In the form of rapid reform and economic development in twenty-first century, government has been working on the systematic construction subject about how to use land more rational. The issue of land use contact with socio-economic development, ecological environmental and social harmony stability. During with the socio-economic development, industry structure adjust constantly, which put forward new demands to the land use structure necessarily, then affect demand for land, and various types of urban land size and spatial distribution. From this, it is a mutual influence interaction unity of land use structure and industrial structure. It is become an issue of public concerning about how to coordinate the relationship between industry structure change and land use structure adjustment, how to solve the contradiction between economic development and land resource scarcity, realization “double optimization” of land use structure and industrial structure. It has important practical significance to the healthy development of society.Based on learning the location theory, information theory, industrial agglomeration and industrial transfer theory, system theory and production factor theory, qualitative analysis on the relationship between land use structure and industrial structure. What’s more, collect relevant data during 2003-2012 in Fuzhou City through statistical yearbook and the data of land use change survey, to analysis the present situation of land use structure and industrial structure, as well as temporal and spatial variation characteristics of them. Then using the way of unit root test, the Vector Autoregressive model establishment, cointegration test, Granger causality test, impulse response function amd variance decomposition, comprehensive analysis of the interactive relationship between land use structure change and industrial structure adjustment in Fuzhou. It is found by analysis that, at first, two unstationary time series pass through the unit root test because their performance steady after first order difference. In the second, the VAR model is verified by Johanson cointegration test, which explained the existing equilibrium relationship between land use structure change and industrial structure adjustment in Fuzhou City. In the third, the VAR model is verified by Granger causality test,get a conclusion about bidirectional causality relationship between two structure. In the fouth, through the impulse response function and variance decomposition to obtain that adjustment of industrial structure in Fuzhou City, contribution rate and influence on the change of land use structure is greater than the effect of land use structure to industrial structure adjustment. Finally, put forward the countermeaures and suggertions to promote coordinate development of land use structure and industrial structure.
