Abstract/Summary:
Under knowledge-based economy, the strategic position of human resourcesdevelopment and management in the enterprise is becoming increasingly important.The property management industry is one of the emerging industries in the developingtrend, whose human resources development and management situation is notsatisfactory till now. Strengthening human resources management and cultivating ahigh-quality workforce is not only the need of property management business tosurvive and develop under such conditions, but also the fundamental conditions toparticipate in market competition and gain the proprietors’ trust and support.This paper mainly analyzes the background and the human resource managementof the property management industry, and reviews the research of human resourceplanning and performance appraisal worldwide. Moreover, the paper analyzes theproblems existing and the cause of the problems in the human resource managementin China Aero Geophysical Survey&Remote Sensing Center for Land and Resources(AGRS) property management division. By combining theory with practice, thepaper designs the property human resource planning and performance appraisalprogram for AGRS property management division, and raises the measures tosafeguard the new human resource planning and performance appraisal program.The author hopes that the design the this program could help AGRS propertymanagement division in solving the two urgent problems and enhance the humanresource management in building an excellent quality, comprehensive technology andtalent echelon property management team. We also expect to improve the logisticalcapacity and property service capabilities of AGRS property management division tomeet the needs of business development.
