The new rural construction is a systems engineering relationship people’s livelihood, its development speeding up the pace of agricultural modernization, expanding the planting scale and improving the farmers’living standard, it made large number of surplus rural agricultural products sold to cities and the demand of material on production and life increased. At present, the development of China’s logistics is still in the primary stage, and the existing rural logistics can’t support the development of the countryside, so, developing the rural logistics has become one of the key works of the government. Rural logistics distribution center is the communication of the rural and urban bridge and is the important link of the rural logistics, select the appropriate rural logistics distribution center helps to reduce the cost of rural logistics, which takes great significance to the construction of new countryside.This paper studied related theory, process and method. First of all, it elaborated the concept of the new countryside construction in rural logistics and logistics distribution center, focusing on logistics situation of the new rural construction. Secondly, it analyses the factors and the methods which affecting the logistics distribution center. Again, it explants the advantages and disadvantages of ISM, combining with the characteristics of rural logistics, listing the factors affecting logistics distribution center location, building structure model and explaining the model. Finally, it fully considering other influencing factors in two-way logistics, combining with actual and making a mixed integer programming model, to prove the practicability of the research methods, carrying out the simulation analysis and give suggestions.This paper response to the call of the national policy, based on the actual logistics, applying ISM and mixed integer programming to the study of location, providing reasonable location recommendations for policy makers and providing important decision support. |
