With the rapid development of our country's economy,logistics industry has been highly valued.Logistics industry has become the basic industry of the national economy.In modern society,with the increasingly fierce competition,the traditional manufacturing enterprise begin to face competitive pressure in the market,and have been looking for transformation and upgrading.First,manufacturing companies began to adopt "the traditional sales model" plus " e-commerce marketing model".Orders is more dispersed.Second,the enterprises try to reduce the operation and management cost,on the one hand,centralized procurement and centralized operation,carry out "control tower" management model to reduce cost.On the other hand,to integrate logistics network resources(including logistics and cash flow,etc.)to realize to decrease cost and increase efficiency.The article takes the location selection problem of JMW company as an example,firstly,the article gives a brief introduction about location selection problem,points out the principle,the influence factor,clarifies the meaning of location selection problem.Secondly,provides different models for location selection problem,and then points out comparison among different models.Thirdly,bases on analysis of existing network of JMW,the article advices operation mode transition to meet market requirements.Finally,the article determines to use 0-1 mixed integer programming model to solve the complicated problem,and then use Lingo11.0 to choose optimization plan among two logistics location selection plan,three logistics location selection plan and four logistics location selection plan.The innovation of the article is to take into account dynamic operating costs and static construction costs,and from the viewpoint of the strategy,to advice to make a operation transition to improve response time and reduce cost of supply chain.
