According to the way of material cycling and energy flowing of natural ecological system, circular economy patterns works. Circular economy not only requires the expansion of the number, but also emphasizes the improvement of the quality, paying attention to resource conservation, cleaner production and ecological benefit, to realize the sustainable development and of economic society and harmonious symbiosis between economic society and ecological environment.China attaches great importance to the development of circular economy patterns in theory research and practice exploration. And proposed the "developing circular economy, taking a new road to industrialization" economic development strategy. Achieve success in circular economy and ecological industrial park pilot. In this paper, based on the research of circular economy development patterns of park, take High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Baiyin for example and apply the results of research to practice. Put forward to circular economy patterns based on industrial symbiosis and its comprehensive evaluation index system conforming to High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Baiyin.This paper is arranged in five parts:The first is introductory. Mainly introduces the research background and themes identified, main contents and technical route, value and innovation. The second chapter researches the circular economy industrial park and its related content. Mainly analysis the circular economy principle and the theory of industrial park, basic connotation, domestic and foreign industrial park development situation, development characteristic and construction content. The third chapter is the core part of this article.It researches on circular economy patterns of park based on industrial symbiosis. First, analysis the theory of industrial symbiosis, including the concept, mechanism and evolution, second, put forward four specific industrial symbiosis patterns and comprehensive evaluation index system of circular economy. The fourth chapter is the empirical study. Put industrial symbiosis development patterns conforming to High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Baiyin, and evaluate industrial symbiosis pattern, put forward to the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The fifth part is conclusion and outlook.
