The trend of global economic integration, China’s state-owned commercial banks are facing internal and external competitive situation is increasingly serious, the rise of the various domestic joint-stock commercial banks and local commercial banks, the financial services sector to accelerate the pace of opening to foreign investment, which gave the state-owned commercial bankssurvival and development has brought great challenges. In addition, there are many drawbacks due to the state-owned commercial banks in the management system and human resource allocation so that more short board in this competition. Clearly, in this financial competition, the level of the overall quality of the CCB staff has become a critical factor. The face of fierce competition within the industry, this paper hopes to explore how to improve the overall quality of the Construction Bank the Jiayuguan branch employees to enhance the overall competitiveness in the same competition in an invincible position.The form of papers from the literature search, questionnaire survey and interviews, and analysis on the overall quality of China Construction Bank the Jiayuguan branch employees, and the use of comparative analysis to identify the main problems.
