| The proposal and development of virtual water related theories which blindly broke the inertia of thinking from countries, regions or river basin internal to search water resource shortage problem, innovation in mobilizing the outside area water resource to solve the problems of water shortage within the regions. To better solve typical ecological and economic problems, which similar with the Minqin oasis desertification area to provide a new idea and means. Through the virtual water trade strategy implementation, it will provide important basis for the regional industrial structure adjustment, agricultural planting structure optimization, water resources allocation plan and trade system formulation.This paper is divided into five parts:Firstly, it starts with the basic theory of virtual water, introduces the virtual water and virtual water trade related concepts and the economics theory support and the goal and significance of the development of the virtual water trade. Secondly, this paper introduces the agricultural planting structure and the optimization of adjustment theory, analyses the virtual water trade on the influence mechanism of the agricultural planting structure, and summarizes the general development situation of Minqin County planting. The third part through introduces the general situation of Minqin water resources and the development and utilization, analyses the necessity and feasibility of the virtual water trade in Minqin regions. The fourth part demonstrates the influence which the virtual water trade on structural adjustment in the planting area of minqin, measures the virtual water content in its main agricultural products and processing products, finally simulation analysis the economic benefits under different situations to implement the virtual water trade strategy. The fifth part puts forward the direction of the planting industry structure adjustment in Minqin County, as well as the virtual water trade countermeasures and suggestions. |
