Research and practice on law of development of the knowledge economy, is now becoming the hottest field of management after the1990s.The early economic and social development mainly depends on the improvement of industrial worker’s labor productivity, and the challenge in era of the era of knowledge economy lies in how to improve the labor productivity of knowledge workers. In commerce and government in the21st century organize, most of the jobs associated with the huge amount of knowledge and information management.’Information Management’ has already become foundations of constructing enterprise’s key competitiveness such as the famous company such as Shell (Shell), Chevrolet (Chevron), etc. And new developing IT enterprises such as IBM, Google, Facebook, etc. even regard creating and managing the panhuman knowledge as the core value of the enterprise. H company, founded in the late1980of the20th century, after20years of rapid development, has gradually grown into the top3of global telecom equipment suppliers of the industry, the annual output reaches hundred billion Yuan. In order to meet diversified customer customization, rapid delivery, centralized procurement requirements, the design, manufacture and installation of the telecommunication apparatus need employ electromagnetism, physics, optics, computer, project design, manufacture tests and engineering surveying in short time. Assemble hundreds and thousands of components and parts, circuit board, photoelectric cable, function software, cabinet, etc. into the apparatus operated steadily. Knowledge Management Research and practice are of immense value.This paper takes the research sample by the H Corporation engineering design department. First elaborated the knowledge management elementary theory and the method, then analysis the outstanding practical experience of an India Hi-Tech company Wipro and US army’Battle Command Knowledge system’. Through analyzing department’s business objective and workflow, we receive demand and goal for knowledge sharing in conjunction with the interview. Conceptual design and practicing stage in knowledge sharing, we design the knowledge-sharing framework according to the department of business and organizational characteristics at first, and set up knowledge portal in the internal Intranet network, Using the visualization knowledge map tools to provide multiple access channels, and improve efficiency in the knowledge acquisition. Meanwhile, classify and assemble the existing knowledge achievement, especially by secret rank, have released Knowledge Management Regulations, ensure that the knowledge achievement that the procedure node produces can be filed in time and orderly. Arrange for personnel manage to department all important knowledge field, encourage the personal behavior that launches knowledge sharing actively in time, and support the staff to launch the knowledge community independently. Through testing and assessing the knowledge sharing activity, encourage organizing launching the benign competition of management for the knowledge sharing. Through after practice of period, summarize a set of effectual ones, launch the experience of knowledge sharing in the medium and large-scale department, and looked forward to the prospect of management for knowledge sharing of the next stage.This paper adopts the method of combining theory and practice, and integrated knowledge management theory and tools in the sharing of knowledge in project management practice, believes that it will be able to carry out the enterprises, scientific research units provide a valuable reference for sharing of knowledge management.
