Sales staff as the key personnel of the enterprise, direct contact with consumers, they are providing quality products and services on the key human resource elements, their ability and attitude directly affect corporate image in the minds of customers. Especially for sales-oriented enterprises, the sales staff is likely to decide the company to survive or perish. However, the serious loss of sales personnel and change jobs frequently, become constrained the development of these enterprises talent bottleneck frequently. As a sales-oriented food industry enterprise, CH Co., Ltd. is facing a shortage of sales staff talent bottleneck. How to attract the best sales staff and let them to stay, is the greatest difficulties in the practice of CH sales staff incentive, and it has become the key issues of this study.This paper choose the CH Co., Ltd. as a sample of enterprises, and use it’s sales personnel incentive problems as the research object, Based on Western classical theory and incentive of Chinese traditional inspiration ideas, comprehensive literature investigation, comparative research, charts, case analysis, and statistical analysis and other commonly used method of study, Focusing on the analysis of the CH Co., LTD. the sales staff incentive existing problems in practice and its causes, Explore the strategies and ideas to improve and refine the company’s sales staff incentives, in order to CH Co., LTD. the sales staff effective incentive to provide the reference, also solve the food industry in China and other enterprise sales staff incentive practice common problems are explored the new ways and a way out.
