The economic globalization becomes integration with deeply development and brings sever competition among enterprises, especially as it under the law of Moore. In order to approach the consumer market, reduce the manpower cost and prevent the manufacturing risks. Shift the low value chain to the world’s manufacturing center—China. More and more cross-national enterprises have to introduce the new production directly to the manufacture center of China where to be verified、evaluated、product qualified and volume production. Which is from a art Research and Development Center of developed countries as Europe. America and Japan as so on. In this case, how to shorten the new product lead time from design to mass production, while achieving better quality and cost control analysis to draw some of the experiences and methods, with a certain reference value for future similar multinational new products introducing.In this thesis. Firstly describing the theories and methods about the Project Management Triangle, Design of Experiments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. Introducing the six stage about Hitachi’s new production introduction. For example Concept Planning、Project Planning Design Verification、Product Verification、Product Qualification and Mass Production. Base on technologically sophisticated and confidentiality of our production, several sister company the cross-regional collaboration, Products with less common parts and poor assembly of their own characteristics.Find out the hindering NPI process slowly, introducing cost too high and not guarantee the production quality within the project management triangle. Suggesting to use the design failure mode effects analysis、project organization structure optimized and Principle of communication to avoid the schedule delay by design failure or communication gap with other department; Applying the scientific DOE to optimize production verified methods to reduce the cost of the manpower、 material resources and time; Detailed process flow diagrams and process failure mode effect analysis to control production quality during process, building the quality system with information technology to promote the flattening of the quality management. To form a new characterized procedure of NPI by our enterprise management. The new production to market is in advance of the Competitors, Improving the Competition and Sharing of market.Combining theory and practice in this thesis to suggest the key management which is the Project Management Triangle. And introduce the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Design of Experiments to NPI process. It is important experience and way to improve the efficiency during the new product introducing.
