In recent years, with the rapid growth of the global economy, the automobile has become a very important part of life. As the production of cars grow rapidly, more and more vehicle quality problems began to appear. Quality Management plays an important role in automobile industry. W company is an automotive parts manufacturer which is also experiencing some quality issues. This paper study on W company's quality management issues, it has realistic significance to W company.This paper firstly list all the related theories on Quality Management, then analyze the TS quality status and quality target in W company, meanwhile, analyze customer satisfaction surveys on several important customers, then we find several quality management issues in W company: Product quality information without sharing, product quality events recurring, FMEA characteristics can't be effectively transferred, solving cycle for quality issues in W company is too long. Using the basic theory of the automotive industry quality management and using Mathematical Modeling method, combined with actual cases in W company, this paper propose some optimization measures: Through changing W company's organization and knowledge management processes to improve quality information without sharing and product quality events recurring; Through mathematical modeling to improve the FMEA evaluation methods; Using QRQC(Quickly Response Quality Control) to improve quality problems solving cycle is too long. This research have an important directive to optimize W company's quality management which is also valuable for the similar manufacturers in automobile industry to take as a reference. |
