Recent years, the "labor shortage" is frequently seen in the major media, the new generation of migrant workers has become the protagonist of this "labor shortage". New generation of migrant workers are the persons who were born after1980,16to30years old, work in the city from the mid and late1990s, mainly in secondary and tertiary industries, but the household registration as peasant laborers. The key point to make the new generation of migrant workers intergrate into city is to resolve the problem of embedding to the job. Job Embeddedness is forces to retain the employees on their position, it consists of three dimensions:link, fit and sacrifice, every dimension have the sub-dimension of on-the-job embeddedness and off-the-job embeddedness. The new generation of migrant workers have the particular multi-identities, they long for the city and hope to become the urban workers, but they could not escape the native complex. At the same time, they are also the one of an organization. They had special multi-identities, the farmer identity, the city worker identity and organizational identity. In this paper,5companies in Wuxi were choosed as sample. I studied the relationship between justice perception and job embeddedness and the moderate effect of multi-identities. The results show the positive relationship between justice perception and job embeddedness. The positive relationship between justice perception and job embeddedness was weaker for the new generation of migrant workers with higher farmer identity. The association between justice perception and job embeddedness was a) most positive when the organizational identity was high and the farmer identity was low; b) least positive when the organizational identity was low and the farmer identity was high. The association between justice perception and job embeddedness was a) most positive when the city worker identity was high and the farmer identity was low; b) least positive when the city worker identity was low and the farmer identity was high. The organizational identity and city farmer identity had the combined positive moderate effect to the relationship between justice perception and job embeddedness, and the moderate effect was stronger when oranizational identity was high and the city worker identity was low than when oranizational identity was low and the city worker identity was high. And the results show the combined effects of oranizational identity, city worker identity and farmer identity to the positive relationship between justice perception and job embeddedness.
