Job passion is a job attitude comprising both affective and cognitive elements that embody the stronginclination that one has towards one’s job. When individuals to work with passion, he would spend moretime and energy on the job. Harmonious passion can bring positive pleasant experience, and be forced topassion, can let a person feel pressure and fatigue.This essay adopts literature review, questionnaires and other research methods to explore the jobpassion issues related to corporation employees in the workplace. Through investigating more than400employees in eleven companies of seven cities in our country, during the carefully survey, this articlemainly takes the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model,regression analysis, sobel test, bootstrapping test and other statistical analysis technique.draw on thefollowing conclusions:First, the construct of employees’ job passion in the workplace included two dimensions: harmoniouspassion and obsessive passion.Second, this study found job passion to have psychological and behavioral consequence (i.e. workperformance and voice behavior).Similarly, different dimension of job passion have effect on theseconsequences differently.Third, vigor was found to significantly mediate the relationship between job passion and voicebehavior. And organizational trust was found to significantly moderate the relationships between jobpassion, vigor and voice behavior respectively. A moderated mediation model was built that includedharmonious passion, vigor, organizational trust and voice behavior.Fourth, discussion about the demographical variables, effects on the contents of job passion. Thedemographical variables included sex, age, educational level and job tenure. It was found that thedemographical variables had some significant effects on the contents of job passion.In the end, the research discussed the current limitations and future research orientation.
