Study On Evaluation Of New Rural Construction In Baofeng County

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy,the development of agriculture may affect thecontinuous development of our national economy.Under the guidance of the new policy,the construction ofsocialistic new rural area is booming. And the research on the new rural construction in our country alsohave got a great achievement. Scholars gave many useful ideas and suggestions on the new ruralconstruction in different aspects.However, these studies are mostly based on the purpose and thesignificance of the new rural construction,and also the basis of practice theoretical study. But they havenever proposed perfect theory and method to evaluate the process of new rural construction.Based on the “production,life,countryside,village and democracy”,the research design is asfollows:Firstly,the paper selects many index and builds a new rural construction evaluation system.Secondly,the author chooses10villagers of Baofeng county as the object of our study,and then constructfield visits and questionnaire survey to obtain relative data；Thirdly,using the analytic hierarchy method toprocess the collected date and make some useful conclusion.Lastly,the author offers some usefulsuggestions for the development of Baofeng county.The new countryside construction of Baofeng county is still in the initial stage,the overalllevel is not high.By combining the goal of the construction of new countryside,the paper puts forwardsuggestions and countermeasures. We hope the advice may provide a reference for the development of theconstruction of new countryside.
