Study On The Spatiotemporal Characteristics And Model Of Kaifeng County Economic

County economy is an important part and the basic level of the national economy. Thedevelopment and growth of the county economic related to "San Nong" problem solving, as well as thehealth and rapid development of the national economy. Since the1990s, the county economy is becomingmore and more important in the national economy, but the regional economic differences have becomeincreasingly obvious. Kaifeng City is located in middle–east of Henan province, since reform and openingup, Kaifeng’s social, economic, cultural aspects achieved comprehensive development, at the same time bythe factors of capital, resources, base of economic aspect, the disparities between Kaifeng county economichave an expanding trend. This article analyzed the discrepancy of Kaifeng county economy development,proposed development model and appropriate countermeasures for various country, this is of greatsignificance to achieve the development of county economy in Kaifeng City.This article qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed of the county’ economic discrepancyfeatures of the5counties in Kaifeng city. Used the single-indicator method to analyze the spatiotemporalcharacteristics of Kaifeng County economic difference from1978-2009, evaluation results show that, from1978-2009the absolute and relative difference in Kaifeng county economic showed a tendency expend,the main reason for the expanding differences is that low-income population relative increase. According tothe relative development rates,5counties are divided into three types: Significant increases, slow rise, slowdecline. It shows that the apparent economic differences exist among counties in Kaifeng City.Established index system of county economic difference about Kaifeng, it includes three onelevel indicators and nine secondary indicators, reflect the level of economic development, activity of theeconomic development and the structure of economic. Usage quantity-graph method, analyzed the comprehensive difference between5counties in Kaifeng.5counties are divided into three developmenttypes: advanced types of county, secondary types of county and backward county. In space, the differencesshow that a case of Kaifeng city center, advanced, medium type located in southwestern and southern,backward county located in the southeast and eastern.Finally, combined with the specific case of Kaifeng, analyzed of the main factors of restrictingthe development of county economy in Kaifeng City, made development model for each county, includesfour modes: agricultural industrialization, Industrial-oriented, tourism and agriculture industrializationequal emphasis and tourism and industrial development equal emphasis on the model of development.
