In the current globalization of the knowledge explosion and the main theme of themacro-environment,Survival of the enterprise environment is changing rapidly, Competition in the marketbecoming more open, more intense. In this background and development trend of the times, all modernentrepreneurs and leaders must think about and answer the questions as how to shape and form continuous,difficult to imitate enterprise capabilities and how to create a unique competitive advantage of enterprises.In my opinion, all competitive carriers are all human competition and team competition. Corporate teamwhich is highly coordinated in values, habits and behavior patterns of thinking and so is the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. The formation of core competitiveness depends on corporate culture iscreated by both the soft environment, but also rely on the enterprise system of incentives and the otherformed by the rigid constraints and management framework. Corporate culture is a leader in incentives.Incentive mechanism is an effective vehicle for the formation of corporate culture. Between the two aremutually interdependent.BINHAI LAND CO., LTD is a new state-owned real estate companies that business leadersinterested in the company made a dynamic and progressive business excellence, because the company isnow in its embryonic stage, not yet fully stable organizational structure, personnel qualifications,background, ability to work and the work will vary, therefore, first and foremost business leaders to solveThe problem is to build incentives and improve the corporate culture, build a values, thought patterns andbehavior are highly consistent with the work of the team.This article based on enterprise culture and incentive theory,encircled the function of enterpriseculture, guiding function,cohesion function, stimulants cohesion and constraint function and Marlow’shierarchy of needs theory, Porter’s motivation model theory, Adams’s equity theory, Skinner’sreinforcement theory and so on, analyzed enterprise culture motivation actuality to the staff in real estateindustry,according to the fact of BINHAI LAND CO., LTD,anatomized the incentive problem toemployee,pointed out the pivotal question,subsequently kept to incentive project, anticipated the result ofputting in practice. The incentive mechanism established in this paper has guiding actively to practice for BINHAILAND CO., LTD and positive impact on organization and motivation management of the real estateindustry.
