Throughout the real estate industry,the basic role of basic staff lack of basic staff:on the one hand,the outstanding talent is very few,especially the basic staff with important post experience and work ability;on the other hand,the real estate enterprises choose the way of "digging the wall" to recruit adults,but the cultivation of grass-roots employees is the same.In the repulsive attitude.For a long time,it has formed a vicious circle.It is difficult to retain the high quality and development potential of the grass-roots staff in real estate.At the same time,it can not improve the working ability of the basic staff of real estate.This makes the original talent of real estate enterprises have a lot of loss.After a great change,A real estate enterprises recognize the important role of talents for the development of enterprises,pay more and more attention to the problem of retaining grass-roots employees.At the same time,it also enhances the motivation of grass-roots employees from the pay and welfare of grass-roots employees and performance assessment at the grass-roots level,so as to improve the business ability and job satisfaction of the grass-roots employees.And work loyalty,to a certain extent,can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of employees at the grass-roots level.Based on this,A real estate enterprises need to innovate the grass-roots staff innovation system according to the specific circumstances,so as to realize the better development of real estate enterprises.In the actual research,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive system of A real estate enterprises grassroots employees.According to the current development defects of the real estate enterprises,this paper puts forward the rationalization proposals,hoping to do a good job of optimizing the incentive work system of the grass-roots employees,improve the enthusiasm of the employees at the grass-roots level of the enterprise,retain the outstanding core talents of the enterprises as much as possible,and build a benign circular development model to improve the overall strength of the A real estate enterprises.In a word,building a sound grassroots employee incentive is the problem that A real estate enterprises need to solve at present.Through the research and analysis of the human resource management system of A real estate enterprises,it gives reasonable suggestions from the level of incentive system at the grass-roots level.The research object is A real estate enterprise,through questionnaire survey method,interview method,comparison method,inductive analysis method and so on,from the employee performance assessment,work environment and salary system satisfaction analysis.During the preliminary investigation process,the incentive work of the employees of A real estate enterprises includes the following problems,such as the lack of scientific performance assessment mechanism,the unreasonable salary mechanism,the unreasonable position of post promotion and post allocation,the inadequate construction of the enterprise culture,and the employees themselves not paying attention to their own development as well as their own development.Training and so on,which also provide the content and basis for future research.In order to improve the working enthusiasm of A employees,it is necessary to improve the incentive system from salary incentive,performance incentive,cultural incentive,employee career development incentive,employee training incentive and so on,and build a rational and scientific incentive work mechanism based on real estate development needs.The main content of this paper is the motivation of A real estate enterprises at the grass-roots level,through comparative analysis of the legal analysis of A real estate enterprise grass-roots employees incentive mode,through the comparison between advantages and disadvantages to find the problem,and put forward to improve the way.
