Tianjin New Energy Industrial Cluster Development

After the financial crisis, new energy have been one of the most important industry for all of the world with the economic recovery slowly. It is an important part of the strategic plan for Tianjin to develop the new energy industry for transformation of economic development, industrial structure and industrial upgrading. Also, it is very important for Tianjin and Bohai Sea regional economic.In this paper, we have the perspective of industrial clusters to explore the development strategy of the new energy industry in Tianjin. With know the domestic and international background in the new energy industry, and use the theoretical basis of the industrial clusters. Learning home and abroad experience about the new energy industry, and then explore the development strategy of the new energy industry in Tianjin. In this paper, we have a more comprehensive analysis of the Tianjin New Energy Industry Development, and pointed out some issues of the new energy industry in Tianjin at present, including weak competitiveness, degree of product differentiation, imperfect public services, innovation is not strong. And have a deep-seated to the issues. Application the location quotient and the SWOT analysis to confirm the new energy industry in which the strategic position in Tianjin of the country, and facing challenges and opportunities of the world. Then we know, the optimal form of organization of the new energy development in Tianjin is the industrial clusters, and the stage of the new energy industry cluster in Tianjin. Also it has an empirical analysis to know the new energy industry cluster characteristics in Tianjin. Fully demonstrated the feasibility and necessity of the development of new energy industry cluster in Tianjin, Finally, give some suggestions in terms of industrial policy, organization, technological innovation, infrastructure, and cultural environment to the new energy industry cluster development in Tianjin.
