The cultivated land is very Precious natural resources. It is the essence of the landresources，It is the important guarantee and the strong support of national food safety. Thedevelop degree of a nation or a district，the stability of the society and the sustainability of theecology are all to a large extent under the influence of the cultivated land. At Present，thespeedy development of the rural urbanization and industrialization is the main characteristic ofour country social. We will inevitably face the cultivated land conversion. The directly resultof the cultivated land conversion is the significant decrease of the cultivated land，then it willthreat the safety of the ecology，have a bad effect on the grain safety and the settlement of thefarmer who have lost their land etc…Aim at solving this problem，the national government hascontinuously formulated series policies of protecting the cultivated land，requesting the wholecountry must strictly protect the amount and quality of the cultivated land，and determinedlyguard farmland to be no less than l,800,000,000acres，which is the dead line. This text studiesthe cultivated land conversion，aiming at protecting the cultivated land，and keeping itssustainability.Since becoming the municipality，the economy of Qingdao have receive an quickdevelopment. During the industrialization and urbanization，how effectively prevent the overcultivated land conversion has become a problem to be solved immediately. Under theinstruction of protecting the cultivated land theories，this article studies the cultivated landconversion in Qingdao in a combine the quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis way. Thearticle is divided into eight parts: In the first part， we concluded the related researchcircumstance of China and foreign countries based on the introduction of the choosingbackground，purpose and meaning. Finally we introduced the research contents，method andtechnique route.In the second part we introduced the content of the cultivated land conversion，substanceand path and related theories on the cultivated land conversion and farmland protection.Part three introduced the general situation of nature social economy of Qingdao city.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the Qingdao city land to use the current situation andproblems faced in the process of cultivated land protection.The fifth chapter mainly cultivated land resources of Qingdao city and current situation ofcultivated land non-agriculture spatial and temporal variation characteristics were analyzed.Based on the information,Qingdao city of total cultivated land and per capita cultivated landshowing a downward trend.Using a linear model of cultivated land quantity in Qingdao city in2020.The sixth chapter mainly analyzes the Qingdao city cultivated land conversion driving factors, from industrialization, urbanization, population growth, agricultural structureadjustment of Qingdao city farmland conversion driving mechanism research.The seventh chapter mainly put forward the measures of protecting cultivated land inQingdao City, proposal Qingdao city constantly improve the land use planning, establishmentof common responsibility mechanism of cultivated land protection, increase land to arrange,answer cultivate and development, strengthen farmland to protect basic farmland strength.Part eight drew a conclusion and made a prospect for the later studies.
