A Research On The Development Of Avoiding Disasters In Scaled Agricultural Industrialization In The Minority Nationality Regions

The agricultural industry scale is a certain choice for our modern agricultural sustainable development. The development of avoiding disasters in scaled agricultural industrialization is to cope with the huge influence of those special poor areas in China, and it was put forward during the practice of salvation and poverty reduction in concentrated communities which Ethnic minorities live in and the process of carrying out the agricultural sustainable development strategy. To strengthen the development of avoiding disasters in scaled agricultural industrialization is always be needed.The research subject of this thesis is the development of avoiding disasters in scaled agricultural industrialization, we want to find the proper routes to achieve our goal, and construct a structural system for it. In the research we want to find out those probable dilemmas and the identity difference between different bodies, besides, we also want to propose a few suggestions for the development of avoiding disasters in scaled agricultural industrialization in The Minority Nationality Regions. Generally speaking, we focus on the following parts:Firstly, we’ll analyze the way to realize the scaled agricultural industrialization without disasters, and what kind of effect could it bring about.Secondly, on the basis of integrating all the practice experience in and abroad,we develop our own ideas on the way to realize the scaled agricultural industrialization without disasters.Thirdly, we’ll construct a basic framework for the development of avoiding disasters in scaled agricultural industrialization, which including "technology—the hardware","policy—the political guarantee","society—the support system in all ways","culture—the experience matching". Our main purpose is to construct a system for the development of avoiding disasters in scaled agricultural industrialization which is suitable for the poor areas in The Minority Nationality Regions.Fourthly, in our investigation, we want to analyze the real situation in WL mountain areas to develop the scaled agricultural industrialization without disasters, and the good or insufficient in its available model. From the survey, we find out that since the local environment is quite complicated and its infrastructure is rather weak, it has a low agricultural organization and technological level, they didn’t make a deep thinking in its agricultural development and poverty alleviation, they didn’t know hoe to popularize and apply the advanced agricultural technology, besides, it’s hard to predict the natural disasters,all these aspects led to a initiate stage of its agricultural industrialization. What’s more, in the cooperation between different communities and self-integration in rural communities to achieve "resource to experience", there still exists some shortage.Fifthly, we’ll put forward our suggestions on the development of avoiding disasters in scaled agricultural industrialization which is suitable for the poor areas in The Minority Nationality Regions. Weaken its risk to realize the poverty alleviation.
