The Reform Of "Village In City":a Research Based On The View Of Risk Society

As a particular phenomenon in the process of China’s fast city urbanization,"village in city"cannot be theoretically covered by rural urbanization theory,and is regarded as a social problem in reality.This thesis mainly studies the reform of "village in city" in the process of our country city urbanization.The author sets off the theory of risk society as the view,and use the historical change of urban-rural relations as the background of the formation and continuation of "village in city",then deply analysis and studies the L village’s reform in Henan province.Through the investigation of the origin and present status of the reform of L village,the thesis studies the risk scenes of the L village’s reform in the process of dynamic practice,and to reveal the institutional and cultural reasons,and finally provides policy recommendations and implementation way to avoid and solve the risk of L village’s reform. With the theory of risk society based on in-depth study of the reform of "village in city",can not only reveal the reform problem of "village in city",and provide the effective policy suggestion,but also hold important theoretical and practical significances for the smooth realization of the reform target of "village in city".There are six parts in this thesis:The first part is an introduction,includes the research origin,the significance of research,literature research,research perspective, research design,to lay a solid foundation for the case study.The second part is the background of reform risk,to visit the historical change of China’s urban-rural relations,analysis the reason of "village in city" reform, review the reform of Qiantun village in Huaiyin district of Ji’nan,and the reform of Shipai village in Tianhe district of Guangzhou.The third part introduces the origin and present situation of L village,use the theory of risk society to study the social risks:conflict of interest risk,anomie of management risk,and the individual risks:poverty of life risk,rejection of identity risk.The forth part further analyzes the mainly cause of the risk of the case village reform:institutional weakness,policy ability inadequacy,risk status inequality, risk perception in different. The fifth part is the risk resolve.Three suggestions are advised to resolve the risk of reform:to properly handle the restructuring process of the main interests,perfect the institution and policies and regulations,promoting the government function socialization.The sixth part is the conclusion,to summarize the study of the reform about "village in city"...
