Urban public transport is to maintain the vitality of the city’s most importantinfrastructure, which is the city’s arteries, is the city’s first production process, but also thespirit of the city civilization of the window. Urban public transport enterprises areproviding services for the production of special products unit. With the rapid economicdevelopment in the years to come, China’s service sector will grow rapidly, enterprisemanagers will be more emphasis on service marketing management and service marketingresearch. In this context, the unit of the same city bus runner is also facing competition inthe industry sector, therefore, urban public transport industry should be innovative businessideas,"all to passenger satisfaction" as the center to carry out marketing activities toachieve business of sustainable development.This article is based on Changzhou Public Transit Group’s actual situation,combiningthe modern theory with the practice of marketing, analysis the marketing experience andmodel of other bus companies from domestic and abroad in order to provide marketing analysis benchmark for which is similar to the bus company of Changzhou prefecture-level city. Second, in extensive research, based on in-depth analysis of Changzhou Public TransitGroup’s internal and external environment, and using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for SWOT analysis and Porter’s five forces model analysis, in order to be clear of the opportunities for development and problems exist. Then combine with the specific characteristics of urban public transport industry to develop in line with the future development of Changzhou Bus marketing ideas and strategies for providing some useful lessons to the research service of market demand for bus companies.
