With the increasingly nervous land supply in China, property developers are engaged in looking for new land sources to alleviate this situation. Due to their limited ability, quite a few land hold party hope to find partners who can develop their land. So the joint development mode of real estate becomes a popular way of cooperation, but the research on this pattern is little. The research on the risk of developer who provides the land is few in the joint development of real estate. In order to control the risks, obtain maximum profits, and insure realizing the expected development goals, the developer who provide land is necessary to do some systemic research for the effective risk identification and appropriate strategies choice in the future joint development project work.According to the general flow of real estate development project, for the land hold party’s status who will no longer inject their cash except their land, this paper divides the entire construction project into nine steps from establishment to sale. Combining the specific situation of each step, this thesis analyzes the possible risks for supply and also discusses the risk control thread, mode and measurement. This kind of way can be called "nine stage risk control method".The article introduced the project of HTT how to solve the possible problems in reality through using the method, which fully approved that the "nine stage risk control method" is an effective way for supplier in the joint development project.
