Use inventorymanagement and storage management theory, for the layout of the warehouse, in-outwarehouse operation process and warehouse operation system optimization on proposedown opinion and the suggestion, optimization scheme after carrying out, the warehouse overall layout become more and more reasonable, warehouse operation efficiency hasimproved a lot, and to reduce the warehouse of the whole operation cost, not only solvedthe DB the sample warehouse storage facing the practical problems, and for otherwarehouse in suzhou DB in storage optimization management provide a reference, for thethird party logistics enterprise’s profit provide a reference meaning the ideas and templates.
