Warehouse Management And Control System(Referred to WMC)is the information system witch integrating warehouse management system with monitor and control technology.As an indispensable component of modern logistics system,it meet the requirements of modern logistics system's development such as automation,information,integration,intelligent and other aspects.With the rapid development of information technology and the change of external environment,traditional WMC contains weakness such as its expansion ability is insufficient,its integration and maintain performance is poor,the work cannot support for multiple types' warehouse neatly.So it caused that the original WMC in the enterprise needs to be updated constantly to meet the change and development of business.Aiming at the above problems existing in traditional WMC,this thesis design and develop the warehouse management and control system that can support for multiple types warehouse operation.The System architecture is found based on SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture).It make the system to be high reliability,easy scalability,easy integrated.We design the service components witch can support for multiple types' warehouse task and warehouse monitoring service components based on Web.So the system can be designed to support for multiple types warehouse operation and management.The main content of this thesis include:(1)Designing the architecture base on Service-Oriented for WMCThrough the demand analysis of WMC system,this thesis presents Architecture based on SOA for WMC.And we use MVC(model view controller)pattern to realize the architecture for system.As for the multiple types' storage which is composed of manual storage,pick to light(PTL)and automatic storage(AR/RS).Through the design of system's logic structure,functional structure,physical structure.We build the overall framework for WMC which can support for multiple types' warehouse operation.(2)Design storage model and operation service components for WMCAccording to the goal of support for multiple types' warehouse management and control system architecture.We design the system model to describe warehouse data,operation state and work flow,data service,monitoring and management services.By these,the software can bedistributed and integrated agilely.We design job service component to support for multiple type warehouse operation,so the system can realizes the integrated controlling of the multiple types' warehouse effectively.(3)Building the Warehouse Operation Module based on Real-Time WebThrough the study of storage equipment SDK(Software Development Kit),we build the Bottom control component based on the SDK.In the environment from Web,the warehousing operation communication service component is designed based on the real-time communication technology Signal R.With the good bottom control component and communication service component,we design storage monitoring process to realize the visual monitoring of inventory status,the job running status and others.(4)Implements the storage control system's development and testingBased on the system structure design and the service component design,the warehouse management and control system which supports for multiple types' warehouse is developed,and implemented job management and monitoring that supports for multiple type warehouse.Finally,through the specific test cases to achieve the function test and verify of the system,and the system have been effectively applied in the relevant enterprises.
