To the management of a manufacturing enterprise, how to improve the production efficiency, reduce the cost, shorten the production cycle time, make product quality better and strengthen the competitive power in a market is always a difficult problem.The thesis will use the theory of project management and concurrent engineering to apply in the production of a company by the study of the control of the manufacturing process in G Corporation, with the specific application of ISO/TS16949of "Auto industry quality management system technique criterion" on enterprise production management. Facing all kinds of issues in the control of the production process, the management members must learn to use scientific management methods and skills, learn to carry out the activities of planning, organizing, controlling, leading and motivating. They also need understand the changing information in production process, analysis the information based on the expected plan, predict the trend of the product quality of a production line, control it and make it within an acceptable specification to make sure that the production process is stable and controlled. The thesis will find out the continual improvement measures for the workshop management by the control of the production process, it emphasize that an enterprise should insist on the continual improvement thought, improve the quality of the products and strengthen the efficiency of the quality management system and the control of the process in the corporation.The thesis will first illustrate the study background, purpose, significance, the main content and context of it, then it will illustrate the application of5W1H and4M1E ways in the production headway and process control based on the main focus points of production cycle time and quality from customer’s view, according to the actual status of production process in G corporation. It also will discuss the control of the preparation of production, the control of the production plan, the control of the abnormality found in process and the control of the production headway. It will introduce that how G Company carried out the first pieces evaluation, how it controlled the process quality and how it implemented the process inspection and final inspection. Finally the thesis will emphasize that management members should insist on continual improvement to make sure the field management better and better by PDCA method. By production process control, G corporation has optimized the production process, eliminated the " bottle neck" of the production line, created economic benefits on reducing production cost, improving products quality and shortening production cycle time.Though the study in this thesis irr a certain corporation’s production process, but the thought and control method of the process can be referenced for the same kind of corporations and it also can provide a case for the corporations in other fields.
