Performance appraisal of human resources management is a very important module, but also is an important management tool of mastering internal staff and motivating staff. Effective corporate performance management helps enterprises and employees to achieve a win-win situation. The method or technique of appraising employees’performance will have a large degree of influence for the validity and fairness of performance appraisal. So, if the performance appraisal methods and technologies can not be accepted, performance appraisal result will be questioned, can’t be reached the result should be achieved.This study will do the analysis on the basis of HX Company’s staff performance appraisal, proposed a revision of its existing performance appraisal methods recommended steps, in order to achieve the fairness purposes of performance appraisal.This study compiled company original performance appraisal information, especially the direct superior performance. Through the compiling, I found the existing problems in performance appraisal, and put forward solutions. First, through the factor analysis method for performance evaluation of data analysis, simplifying the company staff performance evaluation index. Then, making a new framework of performance evaluation index hierarchy, obtaining the indicators through the AHP questionnaire method, getting the performance evaluation index of construction and the weights of the indexes through factor analysis and AHP analysis hierarchy process. Last, proposing HX corporation performance appraisal method, in order to get more fair and reasonable performance appraisal results, and put forward the corresponding suggestion of the HX company’s existing performance appraisal methods and.
