The frequent natural disasters, not only bring mental and physical harm to people, but also cause large economic losses to society, at the same time it is a great challenge for humanitarian logistics. As a proverb says, when difficulties arise in one place, aid comes from everywhere. So once disaster happens, there are many relief organizations entering the disaster area from all over the world quickly, with forming hastily formed network (HFN)). Members in HFN have no contact experience, which makes it difficult for them to make a deal in a short time, thus reducing the efficiency of disaster relief, that is why a catalyst called swift trust is essential to solve the difficulty of cooperation among different organizations of humanitarian logistics. This paper makes a study on trust evolution of swift trust in humanitarian logistics through the inference and feedback mechanisms of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps, which improves the theoretical system of swift trust, at the same time it is of great significance in improving the efficiency of disaster relief.Firstly, based on the theory of humanitarian logistics and swift trust, this paper analyzes the influence factors of swift trust in humanitarian logistics, then conducts an empirical study on the influence factors by using questionnaire, after that uses SPSS statistical software for validity and factor analysis and extracts common factors as the basis for the establishment of the model. The extracted factors are regarded as concept nodes, whose initial weight of correlation is determined by experts. Then, transform the initial fuzzy weights into exact figures through the Fuzzy Illation and center of gravity method and build a model of swift trust in humanitarian logistics based on Fuzzy Cognitive Maps. Finally, make simulation of swift trust in different scenarios of disaster relief through inference and feedback mechanisms of Fuzzy Cognitive Maps. In the assessment period,the main task is to simulate swift trust through the changes of role, interdependency and willingness to take risks; in the deployment and sustainment period, the main task is to simulate swift trust through the changes of regulation third-party information and category; in the reconfiguration period, the main task is to simulate swift trust through the change of rule. Finally, get the evolutionary trend of swift trust in humanitarian logistics through the results of simulation.
